Before Sunrise is truly one of my favorite movies. But then there were a few years there, as I got older, that I preferred Before Sunset in a way. But now as I've become even OLDER, it's sort of swayed back toward Before Sunrise again. I need the fantastical as much as the realism.
Julie Delpy looks freakishly like Juliette Binoche in that photo, to me.
ReplyDeleteAlso,
"Work is what you do for others, art is what you do for yourself." (Sondheim)
Julie does have a little Juliette in her.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love that quote. Thank you.
Before Sunset wins me over - more so than Sunrise.

ReplyDeleteI kind of think they're inseperable.
Love Delpy since I saw her in 2 Days in New York. I'll have to see her in her younger days in Before Sunset.
ReplyDeleteOh, do make a point to see the younger Delpy. She was so romantic and idealistic back in the day. Sigh.
