Best Movie Hat-Wearing of the Decade

It’ll be 2020 in fifteen days. Think about that, man. As such, Cinema Romantico’s four-day ode to the twenty-tens at the movies begins now by going back to the beginning of the everything – that is, hats, and who wore one best in a movie this decade.

The winner, of course, is Keira Knightley in “Colette”, along with co-star Denise Gough. The meme lords and social media sheep are all about advancing the narrative that Keira only does period films and, yes, technically “Colette” is a period film but also, it’s science fiction. Because, I mean, seriously, look. To quote the Handsome Furs: “Here come the future, it’s violent and bright.”
